FORScan is a tool that lets us access and customize your Ford’s computer systems beyond what normal scanners can do. Think of it like unlocking hidden features and fine-tuning how the vehicle behaves.

We can enable or disable factory options, adjust things like lighting behavior, tire size, gear ratios, and even fix or reset certain modules. It’s also great for diagnostics—reading deeper codes and helping pinpoint issues more accurately than a basic scan tool.

In simple terms: it gives us more control over your Ford so we can customize it, troubleshoot it better, and make it work exactly how you want.

• Basic
  
  • Basic programming includes basic Body Control Module (BCM), Instrument Panel Control (IPC), and Steering Column Control Module (SCCM) changes.
  • Common changes in this category can be Bambi Mode, TPMS changes, LED Hyperflash Fixes, Dark Car, turn signal flashes, speed limiter, other misc. lighting settings, and more.
  • The basic tier is only for changing 1-2 items. This is most commonly done for truck and Bronco owners looking to change wheel size and turn off TPMS.

• Standard
  
  • The Standard package includes much of the items covered in the basic tier, but opens you up to unlimited choices for changes.
  • This tier is for customers who have added basic OEM upgrade items to their vehicle, that need to be programmed to work. This can include heated or higher trim steering wheels with media controls, heated seats and steering wheels, trailer brake controllers, power mirrors, DRLs / Fog Lamps, etc.

• Parts Retrofit (Advanced)
  
  • This tier can also be selected for more advanced installations like remote start, power mirrors, etc. where extensive wiring has been installed by the customer and just needs programming to be installed. 
  • The Parts Retrofit (Advanced) tier starts at $200 but may go up depending on how extensive the modifications may be. This includes diagnostic and programming of new modules, retrofitting parts from other models / years (i.e. dash swap from a 1999 F250 to a 2011+ style). This selection also includes cooperative work on coding and diagnostic, over multiple days on projects that may not be well documented or tried.
